Maya privacy

Information we collect
We collect the name you submit, an email address if you join early access, the mobile number you submit, your consent and submission records, the content of demo messages, and limited technical information needed to verify and limit requests. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or other sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use this information to validate your number, prevent duplicate signups, send the demo you request, respond to your messages, handle opt-outs, prevent abuse, and diagnose delivery problems. A demo request does not subscribe you to marketing. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers
Our service uses Formspree to notify our team about waitlist submissions, Cloudflare for hosting, verification and storage, Twilio for SMS and calls, ElevenLabs for AI voice conversations, and OpenRouter to process AI responses. These providers process information needed to operate the service. Message content may be processed by the AI model provider through OpenRouter.
Replying CALL to an active demo text requests one automated AI demo call. Voice audio and transcripts may be processed by ElevenLabs to run and troubleshoot the conversation. Twilio call recording is disabled for these callbacks. We use your early-access email only for the updates you requested; email info@isaacthecreator.com to unsubscribe.
Phone verification uses Twilio Verify. We keep an opaque, short-lived verification session and its outcome; we do not store the code. A new demo welcome or requested call starts only after code verification and your separate choice and consent. Verified signup receipts include your name, phone, verification timestamp and selected contact method.
Waitlist submissions may also include your business name, business type, estimated call volume and optional mobile number. Joining the waitlist authorizes email updates about Maya. If you separately select SMS updates, we send a verification code and only request a confirmation text after your number is verified. No callback starts from waitlist consent. We keep the SMS consent and verification outcome with your signup and limit confirmation texts to one per number. Waitlist details are forwarded to our Formspree account so our team can follow up.
Retention
Early-access signup records are retained for up to one year unless you ask us to remove them. Callback request records are retained for up to 7 days; ElevenLabs voice conversation records follow the workspace retention settings. The demo conversation context is retained for up to 24 hours. SMS message content, delivery, consent and activity records may be retained for up to one year. Opt-out records are retained to respect your preferences. A name and phone-number signup record is retained for up to one year to prevent duplicate welcome texts; temporary request-limit records are cleared sooner.
Your choices
Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance. To ask about access, correction or deletion of your demo information, email info@isaacthecreator.com. We may need to verify that the number belongs to you.
