We also collect information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, referring URLs, pages viewed, and time spent on pages through standard analytics tools.

We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries, process and fulfill your subscription, build and maintain your website, send project updates and progress tracker access, deliver monthly reports and communications, and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Subscription Billing & Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card details. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting us directly.

4. Intake Form & Client Data

When you subscribe, you'll complete an onboarding intake form that collects business details needed to build your website. This data is used exclusively to fulfill your subscription and is not shared with any third party. Our intake forms are processed through secure third-party form services. Your project progress tracker is a shareable link — you control who you share it with.

5. Contact Form & Scheduling

Our contact forms are processed through Formspree (formspree.io). We also use Calendly for consultation scheduling. These services have their own privacy policies which we encourage you to review. Submitting a contact form does not create a subscription or billing obligation.

6. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and analytics tools including Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. These tools collect anonymized usage data. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences at any time.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. All data transmission occurs over SSL-encrypted connections. While we take every reasonable precaution, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your subscription is active and for a minimum of 3 years after termination for business and legal purposes. Intake form data and project files are retained for a minimum of 2 years post-cancellation. IsaacTheCreator ("we," "us," "our") provides website design, development, hosting, maintenance, SEO, AI automation, custom software, ad management, branding, and related digital services. Services are delivered through monthly subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) or custom project engagements, as agreed at time of purchase.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

Our subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize IsaacTheCreator (via Stripe) to charge your payment method each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date. All prices are in US Dollars. Your subscription includes the features listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust plan pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee or penalty. Your service will remain active through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Upon cancellation, we will provide your website files within 5 business days upon request. Subscriptions cancelled before the initial website delivery may be eligible for a credit toward a future subscription — contact us to discuss.

4. Onboarding & Intake Form

After subscribing, you will receive an intake form that collects the information needed to build your website. The delivery timeline begins upon receipt of your completed intake form — not the date of payment. Incomplete or delayed intake form submissions will extend the delivery timeline without penalty to IsaacTheCreator. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and that you have the rights to any content, images, or brand assets submitted.

5. Delivery Timelines

Starter plan websites are delivered within 7 business days of receiving a complete intake form. Growth plan within 5 business days. Scale plan within 3 business days. These are target timelines, not guarantees, and may be affected by the complexity of requests, client response times during the revision process, and unforeseen technical dependencies.

6. Revisions & Monthly Updates

Each plan includes revision rounds during the initial build phase (up to 2 revision rounds for all plans). After launch, content updates are provided per plan: Starter includes 1 content update per month; Growth and Scale include unlimited small updates. "Small updates" means text changes, image swaps, minor layout adjustments, and similar tasks — not new page builds or feature additions, which are quoted separately.

7. Intellectual Property & Ownership

You retain ownership of all content, logos, and brand assets you provide to us. Upon commencement of your subscription, the custom design and code created for your website is yours — you own it. IsaacTheCreator retains the right to display your website in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing. Third-party tools, plugins, themes, fonts, and licensed assets are subject to their respective licenses and terms.

8. Hosting & Uptime

Hosting is included in all subscription plans. We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors outside our control, including third-party hosting provider outages, domain registrar issues, or force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in the event of an outage.

9. Custom Software & AI Automation Projects

Custom software development and AI automation projects outside of standard subscription plans are scoped and quoted individually. A deposit of 50% is required before work begins on custom projects, with the remainder due upon completion and approval. Custom project timelines, deliverables, and revision terms are defined in a separate project agreement provided prior to payment.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, client data, financial information, and technical specifications. IsaacTheCreator will never share your business information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

IsaacTheCreator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a subscription shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We make no guarantees of specific business results, revenue increases, lead volume, search engine rankings, or advertising ROI.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
